Incontinence underwear
Here you can find the size table for each model.
We measured the mass with the underwear lying flat on the table. So we mention the length from 1 side of the waist or leg opening (hence 1/2 waist and 1/2 leg opening in the tables below).
The best way to do this is to take some well-fitting panties of your own and measure them.
A deviation of +/- 1 cm from the specified sizes is within the norm.

Finding the right size: Take an existing pair of underwear that fits. Lay them flat on the table. Measure from edge to edge and multiply the number by 2.
